We provide Non-QM options for all the Mortgage Loans.
Non QM loan – Portfolio ARM(3/1, 5/1,10/1) and Fixed Rate ( 15years, 30 Years)
Commercial loans and SBA loans.
Here is the overview of our mortgage loan process:
Upon receiving a loan application from broker, we review all the documents, send the initial disclosure and order appraisal along with third-party orders.
Once all the documents are completed, we submit the file to underwriting. The underwriter may provide conditions that need to be met.
Once the file is cleared to close, we prepare and send the closing documents to the closing attorney for all the parties to sign.
On the closing day, we wire the funds to closing attorney. Once the closing has completed, the closing attorney sends us the funding documents for review. We then approve the funding documents and authorize disbursement.
Furthermore, we pay a referral fee of 1% of the total loan amount on the day the mortgage loan is funded. This payment will be disclosed on the settlement statement.
