Our team lead, Rafael, has done over 1000 real estate deals since 2003 and directs our team to eliminate roadblocks, identify best practices and accomplish the goal of CTC. This team caters to beginners and those that desire growth with sales and deal structure in the QM and NON-QM programs – everything your required “training” does not teach. As a member of this team, you will receive … • Rafael’s personal cell for 7 day a week support (he wants to be your secret weapon) • Ongoing loan program training • Ongoing phone sales, scenario/scripting training • Ongoing deal structure support • Collaboration over competition Rafael’s knowledge is your knowledge as a team member. In exchange the splits are as follows: - Flat fee of $495 per all closed loan to Rafael - For any team member that wants in-depth hands-on assistance from Rafael with any specific deal/client then we would split the deal 70/30 (30% to Rafael) of net commission.
