Meet Oswaldo Angel (Mr. Angel)

I’m Oswaldo Angel—most people call me Mr. Angel. I’m a USC graduate with a Master’s degree from Pepperdine University, and for the past 26 years I’ve dedicated my career to teaching, tutoring, mentoring, and coaching students. Five years ago, I earned my professional license, and more recently I made the transition into my new full-time role as a loan officer.

What hasn’t changed is my passion for education and guidance.

Today, I bring that same teacher-first mindset to helping adults navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives—buying a first home, refinancing, or building an ADU. I believe loans shouldn’t feel confusing or intimidating. My goal is to educate, mentor, and coach you through the entire process so you feel confident every step of the way. And yes… I’ll admit it—the pay is better, but the reward of helping people still means everything to me.

I aim to be your lifelong loan officer—someone you can count on. I work six days a week and take pride in answering all your questions clearly, honestly, and patiently.

Giving Back Through Education
Education has always been at the heart of what I do. That’s why I offer free monthly loan fundamentals classes for students in elementary, middle, and high school. These 30-minute classes introduce the basics of how loans work and help build early financial literacy.

Outside of work, I enjoy construction projects, running, and martial arts—activities that keep me grounded, disciplined, and always learning.
