Joe is a retired military veteran and former USDA loan specialist, with over 30 years as a real estate broker and a decade managing two mortgage net branches. His leadership style blends structure, accountability, and real-world experience. This team focuses on helping new loan officers succeed quickly by teaching proven systems that generate leads and build relationships. The focus is on training and marketing.
