Description: If you’re a new or growth-focused loan officer looking to build production quickly, our Marketing Strategies Team may be a great fit. Led by Joe Geffert, a retired military veteran, former USDA loan specialist, and real estate broker with over 30 years of experience, the team is focused on helping loan officers succeed through modern marketing, lead generation, and real-world training. Our structure is simple: a flat 20% team fee instead of the traditional 30–70% split, and in return you receive: • Team-provided leads • Proven marketing strategies and systems • Training on email marketing and Facebook ads • Hands-on coaching through real loan scenarios You’ll also receive guidance on key loan programs including: • VA, FHA, and Conventional loans • DSCR investor loans • Fix & Flip financing • Ground-Up Construction loans The goal is simple: teach you how to generate your own business while learning how to structure and close loans successfully.
