Loan Factory was very instrumental in my buyout process. I was doing a buyout and refinance which was a complex situation, plus there was an insurance freeze due to the Altadena and Palisades fires. They handled it promptly, professionally, and guided me through the process. I will continue to work with them when I go to refinance. Their rates are unmatched when I shopped around.
