Van from Loan Factory was great to work with. She is very organized, detailed orientated, and prompt. She is very knowledgeable and was there patiently explaining everything every step of the way. Van made our buying process as smooth and stress free as possible. She always has your best interest in mind and protects you as her client. You need Van in your corner if you ever need a loan!
