Dong Nguyen was amazing to work with. I’ve worked with multiple lenders & mortgage brokers before, and he is by far the best I’ve experienced. He took the time to explain every step of the refinance process and patiently answered all my questions. Most importantly, he secured an incredible deal with a great interest rate and lender credit — my monthly payment is now lower and I didn’t have to pay any closing costs. None of the other lenders I spoke with could offer anything close. I’ve already been recommending Dong to my family and friends and would absolutely work with him again in the future.
