Dong and Alter did an excellent job on my refinance. They consistently monitored interest rates, locked me in at a low rate, and structured a true no-cost refinance with lender credits covering all Section D fees. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy.

Teena Huynh was amazing throughout my loan process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions.
