I can honestly say working with my loan officer - Rebecca Loan Trinh, was more than just a business transaction - it was an experience I’ll always be grateful for. No matter the time, day or night, she was always there. Her responsiveness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a stressful process feel manageable and even reassuring. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, but she never let me feel alone - she kept encouraging me, guiding me, and even pushing me when I needed to stay on track with documents. What truly touched me was how personal her dedication felt. It wasn’t just about closing a loan - it felt like she truly wanted the best outcome for me. That kind of sincerity is rare, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her by my side through this journey. I truly, truly believe that anyone who gets the chance to work with her is incredibly fortunate. She is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also deeply caring—and that makes all the difference.

Dean is one fantastic loan officer. His attention to detail and his timely communication puts the customer at ease through the long process. I have used Dean and his firm a few times and he never ceases to amaze me. I will use his services again, in due time. Thanks again Dean.
