Sophie and Ann are absolute pros. They’re sharp, organized, and somehow manage to juggle complex loan scenarios like it’s just another Tuesday. I threw them a pile of financial docs and a tight timeline and they handled it all very smoothly. Not only did they get me a fantastic rate, but the whole process was smooth, stress-free, and dare I say... pleasant? That’s rare in the mortgage world. Just closed another loan with Natalie and Luke, and I can say that Loan Factory truly promises what they deliver. With the competing offer rebate program, it's a no-brainer to at least compare your current loan with them. Their comprehensive website lets you submit the entire application during registration so you can immediately get rates. I got a call from Natalie shortly afterwards and locked my LE within 48 hours. From there, her or Luke would call or email daily to provide an update on the transaction. Both of them are VERY prompt with responses, HUGE plus. Thank you Natalie and Luke for being available and answering all my questions before closing. Natalie, huge thanks for personally walking me through the Final CD. Because of this, we caught an error between lender/title that reduced my closing costs even further!
