I really wish there was an option to give more than just 5 stars! Dave Nguyen and Steve Nguyen at Loan Factory were great to work with in getting a low rate on our newly purchased home. All of our questions, concerns and needs were addressed in a thorough and professional manner. My wife and I were first introduced to Dave during our home search, but we decided to try another lender instead. After several months of searching, we finally found a perfect home (except for the fact that the numbers did not look so good). Some family friends of ours had recently used Dave as their loan officer and highly recommended that we use him as well. We contacted Dave again and he assured us that his rates could not be beaten.
