I had a wonderful experience with Matt Hang. He is the best Loan Officer by far. He was so patient and thorough explaining every detail that I didn’t understand. On the other hand Van Đoàn is the Loan processor didn’t care much about me nor my money. She made me feel like she didn’t have my best interest at heart. She needs a great deal of more training, in order to help her better and the company. You just don’t ignore the customer request or question. No one knows if you have done it or not. Better the way is to communicate with your customer. As a result I’ll give Van Đoàn 2 stars. Matt Hang is 10 stars. Loan Factory needs more employees like Matt Hang. I’ll definitely refer my family and friends to do business with Loan Factory In the future.
