Loan Factory was very instrumental in my buyout process. I was doing a buyout and refinance which was a complex situation, plus there was an insurance freeze due to the Altadena and Palisades fires. Jason and Matt were great! Update to my review as of March 2026: This is my second time using Loan Factory. The first time I did a buyout and this time I refinanced my home. Their team is excellent. Their rates are low and Matt and Jason helped me again this time. They are timely, responsive, professional, and detailed in their work. I have full confidence in them and would use them again if rates drop.
