This is my 2nd time using Loan Factory. First time was for a IRRRL refinance and now a purchase. Another Lender fell through so I had to switch over to Loan Factory when I was already under contract. Luke and Dong were my team that supported me from the inception to funding and were very quick to respond & take action. Great team all around! My only gripe is that Loan Factory has this ridiculous policy that prevents their processor and loan officer from contacting the Listing agent directly and communicating. I’d like a better reasoning and understanding why this policy exists at Loan Factory.

We had a great experience working with Tin Vo and Dean Le throughout our home loan process. Throughout the process, Tin was always responsive whenever we had questions and patiently walked us through different mortgage payment scenarios so we could choose the option that worked best for our financial goals. Tin is knowledgeable, reliable, and truly dedicated to helping his clients succeed. We highly recommend Tin and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking loan broker!
