My loan officer Darlene Jackson and her assistant Maria were professional and efficient to assist me to obtain documentation and they were always available or circled back promptly to address my questions. Lastly, the closing agent emailed most of the loan documents the morning of the closing date for electronic signatures and met me at my job the same day to finalize the closing documents that required an original signature.
