I recently worked with Vie and Ryan in San Jose for our house refinance, and it was a really smooth experience overall. They were always easy to reach and kept us informed at every step. We never felt lost in the process—they explained things clearly and made everything simple to understand, which I really appreciated. Even though rates were going up at the time, they worked hard to lock in at the right moment. There was a point where the closing costs looked like they were increasing, which was a bit concerning, but in the end, they managed to bring it down quite a bit. What I liked most was how convenient everything was—we handled pretty much everything over the phone, and it was all very efficient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refinance.

I had an excellent experience working with this company. John Insco was our mortgage broker. I've worked with John before and he goes so far above and beyond for his clients. He's the only broker I'll use. Our experience with Loan Factory was top notch and we've never closed so fast. I would give 10 stars if possible!
