I had a wonderful experience with the loan officers. The people who directly accompanied me was Minh and Steve. They were super helpful, excellent work skills, and good with communication in both English and Vietnamese. My case was totally different from the rest of the standard mortgage loan, however, they respected my wishes and proceeded to help with no pressures.
