I have been working directly with my Mortgage company to refinance my home. After having to and fro communication with loan officer on rate updates and the way to save some money, finally the loan officer messaged me saying that I am simply waisting her time. It was very frustrating.

I would like to thank the loan factory team for helping me close on my parent's home.
