Secondary or subordinate financing is not permitted with L1C Loan Products CLOSING PROTECTION LETTER The Closing Protection Letter (CPL) must name Lima One Capital as the Covered Party, each collateral property must be named under Premises/Real Estate Transaction, and the insurer must be named as the Licensed Agent. The CPL(s) must be verified in a manner acceptable to Lima One Capital prior to closing. Title commitments and CPLs can be verified prior to closing via an approved 3rd party Verification of title vendor.

Rates float until the appraisal has been received and approved. After appraisal approval, the rate is locked for 15 calendar days.
If the 15-day lock expires, the rate floats again until the file is moved “Final Terms Accepted
