- 3+ experience gets you to 10% down (90LTV) and 100% of rehab (75% ARV LTV) (zip code adjustments will apply to reducing leverages)
- Rates starting at 9.99% with 10+ experience and 10.25% with 3+ experience with only 1 point to BluFin/IceCap (pricing example attached)
- 12 month interest only loan with no PPP(3 months of min interest)
- Always Non Dutch Interest, pay on initial loan amount and as you draw down from the reserve
- 1-4 unit rehab
- 1-9 unit DSCR and mixed use
- Blanket DSCR 25 1-4 unit properties in a single loan
- Foreign National, no credit to 75 LTV
