I’m Ted Hicks, a Mortgage Loan Originator with Loan Factory, and my goal is simple: help you make smarter, more confident decisions when financing a home.
I’ve spent years in the mortgage industry working with homebuyers, homeowners, investors, military families, and self-employed borrowers. My experience includes Conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, cash-out, bank statement, DSCR, and other alternative lending solutions.
I don’t believe mortgage lending should be about simply quoting a rate and hoping it fits. Every borrower has a different financial picture, different goals, and different priorities. I take the time to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, compare the available options, and structure a loan that makes sense for both today and the years ahead.
My background includes both mortgage origination and leadership, which means I’ve spent a significant part of my career solving difficult loan scenarios, understanding underwriting guidelines, and helping borrowers find solutions when the obvious path doesn’t work.
