As a Certified Paralegal with a background in criminal defense, personal injury, fire‑loss litigation, and plaintiff‑side civil cases, she brings a sharp understanding of documentation, contracts, and regulatory detail. She has held her State of Florida Real Estate License since 1994 and is an ICC‑certified Permit Technician, giving her deep insight into building‑code requirements and permit compliance prior to issuance.
Raised in a small rural farming community, Stephanie understands the importance of affordable homeownership options and the vital role USDA and FHA programs play for families in similar areas. With a brother who served in the military and a son currently serving, she is deeply committed to supporting Veterans and goes above and beyond to assist those pursuing VA home loans.
