Paolo Lusardi, Mortgage Loan Officer

Paolo Lusardi is a Multi-Licensed professional and an active Professor / Instructor, with vast experience in the fields of Real Estate and Mortgages. He is very fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and has been in the Real Estate field since 1985 working alongside his father, a successful Real Estate Investor and Developer, from whom he acquired great insight, vast knowledge, and excellent skills.

Since his early years at Saint Thomas University, while he was obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics, he developed a passion for teaching students and communicating his knowledge and understanding directly to his class. At such an early age, he had developed great skills and a deep love for educating and teaching, becoming one of the prominent head tutors and substitute teachers of the entire Science Department, while pursuing his higher education degrees.

As a young entrepreneur, Paolo was involved hands on in the financing, building and development of several real estate residential and commercial properties in different countries around the world, including many Single Family Homes, Condominium Projects and also his most complex and challenging project, the actual development of a 100+Room Resort, with Two Tower Hotel and conference center 19 floors high, with all the full services and amenities offered. He became the General Manager and Director of this Hotel overseeing more than 100 Employees and over 11 Managers. Leading by example, he taught them high ethical values, valuable skills and the superior art of serving the clients. At the age of 29, he was named Consul of Italy, over many candidates, because of his work ethics, highest integrity, and great humility. He held this position and accomplishment in high esteem, which gave him the skills and vocation to serve both the entire Italian community and the local businesses around.

Prior to arriving to Loan Factory, Paolo was teaching many students at Gold Coast Professional Schools, providing them with the knowledge and the tools to become the next generation of professionals in the State of Florida. He was also involved for many years as hands on investor in the flipping business, buying and fixing many real estate properties, which allowed him to acquire the knowledge and experience in a different side of real estate, the residential and commercial investment fields. Paolo is currently a Real Estate Broker, a Real Estate Instructor, an Insurance Broker and recently developed a Branch as the Manager for about 4 years for a Mortgage Brokerage Company. He is actively committed to the success of each and every agent that comes through his Real Estate Brokerage and every Loan Officer that he manages under his Branch. 

Paolo is very passionate about educating all his clients, preparing them for the Loan buying process and home purchasing, teaching them about the advantages of ownership, whether First Time Homebuyers or seasoned Investors. He has helped hundreds of clients through the years, making his slogan a true statement of what he always does, "...Serving my Clients, One Loan at a Time..." It is essential to mention his professional service to his clients, business partners and the community. He is also involved in the Ministry Field, volunteering and serving in Prison, giving great hope to the inmates, and also serving as a Leader in Worship, Praise and Adoration in the Church. He also actively contributes with a portion of his income to benefit Non-Profit Organizations for Veterans outreach, like Tunnel 2 Towers and Wounded Warriors, also for Kids outreach, like St. Jude and Shriners Children's, as well as various outreach ministries.
