I’ve been in the mortgage industry for nearly 30 years, working with some of the largest and most respected lenders in the country Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, Loan Depot,  New American Funding , and Intercontinental /Proven Mortgage . After decades in retail lending, I’ve transitioned to the wholesale side, which allows me to operate independently and give my clients more flexibility, better pricing, and access to a wider range of loan programs.

Going independent means, I can truly find the right home for each loan. Some clients have commercial properties, multiple residential properties, or unique financial situations that require specialized lenders. Others are first‑time homebuyers who simply need someone experienced to guide them through the process with clarity and confidence.

Over the years, I’ve held close to 28 state licenses, along with multiple real estate licenses in both California and Nevada. I’m deeply familiar with those markets and with lending guidelines across most of the United States.
