About Michael Malone
Hello,
Thank you for visiting my site and allowing me to assist you in obtaining financing for your property. For years now I have been assisting clients much like you obtain the financing needed to purchase and refinance real estate of all kinds. I believe my experience in construction, education, real estate investing, and accounting has adequately prepared me to assist clients obtain real estate financing.
As a child I started my career under the tutelage of my father, a hardworking Construction Contractor, well before leaving high school. It was there that I learned the value of hard work, good work ethic and the multi fascist principles of construction. Armed with a solid foundation in building I joined the masonry union where I worked as a journeyman brick mason. This experience afforded me the opportunity to teach construction to high school students for twelve years. One large benefit of being an educator was that I was able to continue my education and venture into other endeavors.
The endeavor which allowed me to leave teaching as a profession was real estate investing. Real Estate Investing afforded me the opportunity to purchase, sell, manage and control multiple properties in various states. It was through real estate investing that I first began to learn the mortgage industry. To maintain my business as a real estate investor a mortgage broker afforded me an opportunity to work under them as a loan officer. After obtaining various licenses I left that broker and began managing a local branch for Mortgage Network Solutions (MNS) a large mortgage broker headquartered in Delaware.
In 2010 when the real estate market took a dive, I exited the mortgage industry and fell back on the accounting skills that I acquired over my working career. Working in the accounting industry for over 21 years helped equip me to visualize the numbers in mortgage transactions. This special insight got the attention of Rocket Mortgage. In 2021 while managing the accounting company, Rocket Mortgage approached me with a partnership opportunity as an independent contractor. That partnership allowed me to once again originate mortgage loans as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) NMLS# 105170. It was there also that I learned the disadvantage of having only one source of funding. With one lender I was limited to only the programs that that lender offered. In March of 2024 as the partnership with Rocket was ending, I was introduced to The CEO of Nexa Mortgage NMLS# 1660690. He explained that Nexa had over 200 lenders and was one of the largest mortgage brokers in the country. So, I joined Nexa and got additional licenses for DC, MD and FL. It was a good fit but In March of 2026 I was attracted to the low rates and complete transparency of Loan Factory NMLS# 320841. When I saw that Loan Factory have over 240 lenders, a great support system which allows me to have a team, plus service for my client’s that is second to none, I quickly transferred my mortgage licenses to Loan Factory. Here At Loan Factory I am committed to helping clients obtain the financing they need, deserve and qualify for in their pursuit of real estate ownership and refinancing.
In conclusion I believe with my depth of experience in construction, education, real estate and accounting, plus my vast knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry, coupled with my access to hundreds of lenders and their loan programs I am convinced that I can help clients obtain the real estate financing they need, deserve and qualify for. Let me put these attributes to work for you.
Respectfully,
Michael Malone, Mortgage Loan Originator
