I’m Luis Tobito, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Loan Factory, bringing over 10 years of experience in real estate, business management, and client-focused service. I’ve been licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Florida since December 2025, and my goal is to help clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence, clarity, and personalized guidance.

I’ve also been an active Florida Real Estate Agent since 2006, successfully assisting buyers and sellers with property transactions, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, and financing. This dual background in real estate and mortgage lending allows me to anticipate challenges, streamline communication, and provide strategic insight from contract to closing.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Trade and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. My professional background includes long-term leadership and management roles, which have strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering results.
