Hi, I’m Karami Thomas. I believe getting a mortgage shouldn’t feel confusing, intimidating, or like you’re just another file in someone’s pipeline.

My approach is simple: educate first, communicate often, and help my clients make confident decisions about one of the biggest financial purchases they’ll ever make. I take the time to explain the process, answer the questions you may not even know to ask yet, and make sure you understand your options—not just tell you which loan to choose.

I specialize in helping VA, FHA, and first-time homebuyers navigate the path to homeownership, and as the wife of a Marine Corps veteran, serving military families is especially important to me. Whether you’re buying your first home, your fifth, refinancing, or looking for a more unique financing solution, my goal is to find the option that makes the most sense for you—not simply fit you into a one-size-fits-all loan.

I’m also a wife, mom of three boys, and homeschool mom, so I understand that real life doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5. I pride myself on being accessible, proactive, and honest throughout the entire process. If something makes sense, I’ll tell you why. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
