My goal is to provide every one of my clients and Affinity Program partners the highest level of service and satisfaction. When working with clients, I provide outstanding customer service by educating them, not only on their best financial options, but also through managing their entire loan process. I have the ability to make strong presentations and get transactions closed. It is important to me that I keep all parties involved in the loan transaction fully informed throughout the proceedings. I also attend all of my clients’ closings.

During my time working with mortgages, I have gained an in-depth knowledge of all product underwriting guidelines covering FHA 203(b) and 203(k), VA, USDA RD, FNMA, FHLMC, and Non-conforming Jumbo Products. I know how to construct and interpret financial statements, tax returns and construct fully and properly documented loan files. I am experienced working with loan officers, processors, underwriters, closers and closing attorneys. Throughout my twenty-six years in the industry, I have originated over 1,800 residential first and second mortgage loans and have closed 99% of loans that were submitted to underwriting. I have also originated commercial loans and secured equity capital.
