My background extends well beyond traditional mortgage origination. Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent more than a decade as a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, building and managing my own appraisal firm from the ground up. That experience gave me an in-depth understanding of property valuation and local real estate markets—knowledge that provides my clients with valuable insight and greater peace of mind when evaluating a real estate investment.
I returned to the mortgage industry with a renewed commitment to transparency, accountability, and consumer protection. After experiencing the industry through some of its most challenging periods, I developed an even deeper appreciation for the importance of responsible lending. I take my ethical and legal responsibilities seriously and work diligently to help ensure that each loan is structured responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
My role is to help identify opportunities, anticipate potential obstacles, and advocate for my clients. While I do not underwrite loans myself, I combine my hands-on appraisal experience with a commitment to understanding today’s evolving loan programs and guidelines. By staying informed and collaborating with experienced industry professionals, I help guide clients toward financing solutions that support their long-term goals.
