About Deepak Ahlawat
Hello, I’m Deepak Ahlawat—a California-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, former Commander in the Indian Navy, triathlon coach, and lifelong fitness enthusiast.
After serving in the Indian Navy for more than 22 years, I carried the values that shaped my life—service, integrity, and commitment—into the mortgage profession. I believe obtaining a mortgage should not feel confusing or transactional. Every client has a different story, and my role is to listen carefully, explain the available options clearly, and help them make a confident financial decision.
My journey through endurance sports and triathlon coaching has taught me that meaningful goals are achieved through preparation, discipline, and steady guidance. I bring the same approach to every client, whether they are purchasing their first home, refinancing, accessing home equity, or exploring financing for an investment or commercial property.
I hold a Master of Technology degree from IIT Delhi and a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from the University of La Verne. This combination of leadership, analytical thinking, and personal service helps me examine each financing scenario carefully and communicate it in straightforward language.
For me, this work is about more than completing a loan—it is about earning trust and supporting people through one of life’s most important financial decisions.
