Daniel Harbuck, Mortgage Loan Officer

Meet Daniel Harbuck

Daniel didn't set out to become a lender — he set out to fix what he saw broken in the industry. Growing up, his father worked as a home inspector and watched agents try to talk him into overlooking problems that mattered. That experience taught Daniel early on that trust has to be earned, not assumed, and it's shaped the way he shows up for every client since.

Before Daniel ever helped a family finance a home, he spent years learning how to handle high-pressure, high-stakes conversations. He graduated at the top of his class from the Wharton School of Business, where he studied with a leading negotiation professor. He also trained with the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team's Crisis Negotiation Unit and led global projects that united 17 divisions to secure Congressional approval. After that, he spent almost ten years at Google, using both data and empathy to solve big, real-world problems. Today, he brings that same combination of sharp analysis and genuine care to every loan he structures.

These days, Daniel's toughest negotiations happen at home, where he and his wife are raising six kids (turns out convincing a toddler to wear shoes takes its own kind of crisis training). It's a good reminder that behind every mortgage is a family trying to build something real. Whether you're a first-time buyer or refinancing the home you've had for years, Daniel's goal is simple: make sure you understand every step, feel genuinely supported, and walk away with a loan that actually works for your life.
