Greetings! I am excited to partner with Loan Factory so that I can help you find the best loan at the best price. 2006 was the first time I ever bought a home. Two years later, when the economy tanked and home values plummeted, I learned what it meant to be saddled to debt that I couldn't afford. I weathered the storm, as did some, and I learned much. Mostly, I was reminded how important it is to treat people the way you want to be treated. That is the foundation of our relationship.
The top three things I want you to remember about me are:
1.) I can partner you with a financial planner when originating loans so that you have an eyes-wide-open budget when it comes to owning a home.
2.) I would rather have a better name than a bigger bank account. I care more about how I can serve others than how they can serve me.
3.) I am motivated by a sense of mission to help people get into a home that they can be proud of so they will be inclined to tell others about their white-glove experience.
