I've spent my career around two things: numbers and the people making decisions with them.

For nearly a decade I worked in institutional real estate finance, doing financial modeling, Asset Management, and portfolio analysis at Tricon Residential, BKM Capital Partners, and Phoenix Tower International. I underwrote rental assets at scale, from the inside, and learned how large operators actually evaluate a deal.

Today I bring that to individual buyers and investors. As a Mortgage Loan Originator with Loan Factory, Inc., I handle home purchase and refinance loans in Florida, DSCR loans for investors in more than 40 states, and commercial loans nationwide. I also work fix-and-flip, bridge, blanket, foreign national, and mixed-use financing, so the harder deals have somewhere to go.

Investors are where I'm most useful. Short-term rental income, non-warrantable condos, insurance-heavy Florida coastal deals, out-of-state buyers: these are the files that stall elsewhere, and they're the ones I want.

I also built Pencil (pencildscr.com), a free tool that shows investors whether a deal pencils before they commit. Most tools stop at the analysis. I can finance the deal too.
