Communication from processing was lacking. We missed closing date because we didn't ensure the LE was signed to allow for closing to proceed. There was improvements to be made to a smooth transaction.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience working with the loan officer. From the beginning, their lack of professionalism was evident as they failed to provide clear instructions, leaving me confused and frustrated throughout the process. What was even more disappointing was discovering that they were talking negatively about me behind my back. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It's truly disheartening when you expect a certain level of courtesy and expertise from a loan officer, only to be met with such a disappointing and disrespectful attitude. I would strongly advise against working with this individual if you value clear communication, respect, and professionalism

We highly recommend Nathan Tshapper as loan officer. His team did so great job, professional and not hard at all. He replied all contacts asap! I have been working with Loan Factory fo a while, I love the way they treat clients! So friendly and respectfully! 🧡🧡🧡
