Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC (“Harvest” or the “Company”) is a Small Business Lending Company (“SBLC”) that originates, owns, sells and services small business loans backed by first-lien, owner-occupied, multi-purpose commercial real estate in accordance with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (“SBA”) 7(a) loan program.  

Harvest holds one of only 14 SBLC licenses issued by the SBA that allow non-banks to originate SBA 7(a) loans. Since July 2016, Harvest has originated approximately $1.4 billion of SBA 7(a) loans, and currently has a servicing portfolio in excess of $1.1 billion. Out of the 1,146 loans that Harvest has originated since July 2016, only 5 loans have permanently defaulted. Harvest is consistently ranked among the top ten SBA 7(a) lenders nationwide.
