That’s exactly why Loan Factory created the Corporate Coach Program.
This program is designed to give new and developing loan officers the structure, support, and real-world guidance they need to succeed—faster, smarter, and with confidence.

What Is a Corporate Coach?
A Corporate Coach is an experienced Loan Factory leader who supports new loan officers across the company with
Coaching & training
File-level support
Operational guidance
Accountability and professional development
This role is assigned by Loan Factory management and is based on strong performance, compliance, and leadership standards.
Corporate Coach Qualification Requirements
To be eligible as a Corporate Coach, an LO must have:
How the Program Works (And Why It's a Game-Changer)
If you’re an Inexperienced Loan Officer and not part of a Team, you’ll be paired with a Corporate Coach who will support you through every stage of your growth—at no additional cost to you.
Your commission structure remains the same:
- 1099: splitting 20% commission with Loan Factory
- W2: splitting 30% commission with Loan Factory
In return, you get built-in coaching, file support, and leadership access that many loan officers pay thousands for elsewhere.
What You Get as a Corporate Coach Program LO
- 3–4 hours per day per Coach (average)
- Coverage 7 days per week
- Reach out directly to your assigned Corporate Coach
- Jump into LIVE and connect with any Corporate Coach for quick questions
You can submit a ticket to the Corporate Coach Desk and get support through the proper channel.
You’ll receive structured coaching and training designed to help you consistently improve and build momentum.

This helps prevent avoidable issues and strengthens loan quality from the start.
Best Practices for Working With Your Coach
Once a Corporate Coach begins helping you on a file:
- Add their name to the file as Corporate Coach
- Reach out to them directly for most file-related questions
Other Coaches are available for quick questions during LIVE sessions only, especially if your Coach is unavailable.
Want a Specific Coach? Prefer a Change? No Problem.
We kindly ask that files already in progress with your current Coach remain with that Coach to avoid disruption.
