This Team Lead group is dedicated to building and scaling four key lending verticals within our organization. The purpose of this group is to develop leaders who will take ownership of production, strategy, partnerships, and execution in each lending category. Our focus areas include: -Down Payment Assistance & Grant Programs State, county, and city-level assistance programs Lender-funded assistance programs Grant-based assistance solutions -Investor Loan Products Fix & Flip Ground-Up Construction DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans -Business Funding Alternative business capital solutions Working capital and expansion funding -SBA & Commercial Financing SBA loan programs Commercial real estate financing Owner-occupied and investment commercial lending, franchise. This group is not informational—it is operational. Each vertical will require: Strategic growth planning Product mastery Relationship building (realtors, investors, business owners, CPAs, etc.) Consistent production goals Accountability and measurable KPIs Members of this group are expected to think like business builders, not just loan originators.
