- First 60 Days (Ramp-up): Bring in at least 3 qualified recruits.
- Every Month After: Bring in at least 2 qualified recruits (or 1 top producer with 48+ loans) to meet the bonus tier. Target recruiting goals range from 5–10 per month depending on position level.
- Weekly Activity: Complete 10 recruiting calls or meetings on company Zoom Phone.
Qualified Recruit: A loan officer with at least 12 closed loans in the past 12 months.

Frequently asked questions
Who counts as a qualified recruit?
Any loan officer who closed at least 12 loans in the last 12 months. Recruits with under 12 loans go to our general onboarding team and do not count toward your bonus.
Who gets credit for a recruit?
The first recruiter to log the loan officer in the system will receive the credit.
How is daily activity tracked?
Calls and meetings are logged automatically through your company Zoom Phone.
