  3. Help great loan officers join. Get rewarded for the connection.

    Earn a lump-sum bonus for each qualifying loan officer who joins through you, based on their preceding 12 months' loan production. The same bonus schedule applies at every level. Payment follows their 60-day milestone.

  4. Grow your recruiting. Unlock greater marketing support.

    Meet advancement requirements to qualify for recruiting marketing support: up to $500/month at Level 2 or $1,000/month at Level 3. Participation requires approval, and approved recruiting ads are paid for directly with a company card, up to your monthly budget.

  5. Keep the momentum. Keep the investment behind you.

    Levels 2 and 3 are reviewed every 90 days. Maintain recruiting requirements to retain funding. Otherwise, return to Level 1 and remain an Ambassador—with automated posting and the same full referral bonus opportunity.

What is ALLY?

ALLY is the Loan Factory Marketing App. Joining Level 1 switches on its Recruiting tab for you, which starts the automated social posts and activates your unique tracking links.

What is MMI?

Mobility Market Intelligence (MMI) is a premium industry database that tracks loan officer production and closing volume. Loan Factory covers MMI (or equivalent software) access for Level 2 and Level 3 Ambassadors so you can pinpoint and target verified producing Loan Officers.

What does "in good standing" mean?

Being an active Loan Factory Loan Officer or staff member with no unresolved compliance, licensing, or performance issues.

What happens if my Ambassador status is adjusted?

If recruiting activity stalls and the 90-day target isn't met, you return to Level 1. You remain in the program, keep your automated ALLY posting, and continue earning the full referral bonus on every referral.

I am a Team Leader or Corporate Coach. How do I participate?

Participation is strongly encouraged. Recruiting through the Ambassador program lets you expand Loan Factory while directly building headcount and production within your own team branch.

Does being a Team Leader automatically qualify me for Level 2 or Level 3?

No. Leadership status does not grant automatic qualification. Candidates for these levels must submit an application, receive leadership approval, and maintain the standard 90-day benchmarks.

What extra support do approved Team Leader Ambassadors receive?

Approved Team Leaders receive dedicated recruitment assets to help scale their specific branch:
