BIO:

Babak Moghaddam graduated from the University of Southern California in 1985. He began his career in the mortgage industry as a compliance auditor at the Bank of New York in 1986 and earned his Master's in Business Administration two years later.

That's when he decided that he wanted to become a mortgage advisor. To Babak, a mortgage is far more than a simple, commoditized tool for purchasing real estate.
