Gabe grew up in Manhattan but wasn’t a typical city kid.
From a young age, he spent substantial amount of time in Long Island, and then in Florida. He had a passion for boating, flying, real estate and finance.
He started his first business after earning his United States Coast Guard, Master of Ocean’s Captains license at a young age and also his FAA pilots license.
That was a yacht charter and delivery business, which was operated out of Sag Harbor, and in the winter, Florida.
From there he went into commercial real estate, and the investment business, and later became a Leasing Director for office buildings in Manhattan, while still spending a substantial amount of time in Florida throughout his life.
He and his wife are permanent residents of South Florida, and their daughter lives nearby.
Gabe has traveled around the world extensively, but he always has felt and still does that there’s no place like home and no better feeling than helping people purchasing their home and providing excellent personalized service .
