Bio:

In 2013 I obtained my B.A. in Finance from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. I began working as a financial consultant for PNC Bank before migrating to Santander Bank.

I started out as a Licensed Relationship Banker and after a few years I obtained the banks CRA AMP program to purchase my first home in 2017. I utilized two separate grants to reduce my out of pocket expenses, secured an interest rate of 2.375% fixed for 30 years and by meeting certain thresholds required by CRA AMP guidelines I eliminated borrower paid mortgage insurance. From there I quickly spread the word of this amazing program and shortly after was promoted to being a mortgage loan officer with Santander. Now I am proud to be an employee of Loan Factory where I can utilize hundreds of different lender relationships to offer any program that best suits my customers.

I am extremely experienced in first time buyer lending, I understand difficult program guidelines which help utilize benefits that are entitled to buyers. I have experience in FNMA/FHLMC Conforming, Non-QM, DSCR, HELOCS, FHA, VA,  Jumbo and Construction Loans.
