Bio: My name is Thuy An (Twee Ann) and I am your one stop shop for all your real estate and financing needs in Nebraska. I am a Realtor at Nebraska Realty, a Property Manager at Performance Property Management, and a Loan Officer at Loan Factory. I speak both English and Vietnamese. I am originally from Vietnam and I came to the U.S. in 2010 as an international student at Indiana University Bloomington. In July 2016, I earned my Ph.D. degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Environmental Microbiology. We moved to Nebraska in August 2016 when my husband accepted a job as a Math Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). I also have a master’s degree in Computer Science from UNL, a bachelor's degree and a master’s degree in Chemistry from Hanoi National University of Education, Vietnam. I have a great academic background but I fall in love with real estate. I love helping people selling/buying/financing houses as well as managing rental properties. As a real estate investor myself, I know the value of real estate as a tool to build long-term wealth. I love reading books and listening to podcasts about real estate investing. BiggerPockets and Rich Dad Poor Dad are my favorites. I am the admin of the Real Estate (Bất Động Sản) Nebraska Facebook group which provides educational knowledge about real estate and mortgage in both English and Vietnamese.
