Call Center Manager (Licensed LO Applicant Only) - Remote

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Call Center Manager with a mortgage background to build, manage, and scale our call center operations. You'll ensure leads are routed instantly and accurately to the right loan officers — improving speed and conversion across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a tech-enabled mortgage call center
  • Optimize lead distribution for real-time routing
  • Monitor lead flow and agent performance
  • Hire, train, and coach high-performing agents
  • Collaborate with tech, marketing, and sales teams
  • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with lending regulations
  • Be a hands-on leader — ready to engage customers and close deals


Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a licensed mortgage loan officer
  • 2+ years in a call center or lead routing environment
  • Proven ability to scale lead operations and improve conversions
  • Experience with CRM and call center tools (e.g. Five9, Velocify, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy


Bonus Points

  • Experience with national lenders/brokers
  • Knowledge of TCPA, RESPA, and lead compliance
  • Familiarity with lead routing algorithms
