The My Rate Is Great Team is led by Daniel Lacic, a Loan Officer with three years of mortgage origination experience and over a decade in real estate. This is a team opportunity, not a full-on mentoring program. Daniel provides support with pre approvals, loan structuring, strategy, and marketing direction while giving team members the space to grow their own business. Licensed in WA, OR, AZ, and TX. Team split is 20% after Loan Factory fees.
