Team for LO's originating in Hawaii. Regular meetings to educate on specific market related strategies issues and how to overcome as well as tips/tricks to navigate connecting with local homeowners, buyers and referral partners. Event coordination by team to also network on the islands. Comp split 5-20% DOE as a loan officer and production level.
