We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, strengthen compliance and controls, and drive sustainable growth across our rapidly expanding mortgage operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Financial Strategy: Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure profitability, growth, and long-term sustainability.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage accounting, treasury, and regulatory compliance in accordance with GAAP and mortgage industry standards.

  • Risk & Compliance: Lead audits, implement robust financial controls, and strengthen risk management programs.

  • Capital Optimization: Oversee cash flow, warehouse lines, and capital structure to support lending operations.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to guide operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Systems & Automation: Enhance financial systems, automation, and reporting processes for greater accuracy and speed.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting team.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership on company-wide strategy and long-term financial planning.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience; at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Deep understanding of mortgage lending, secondary markets, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory oversight.

  • Proven success in risk management, capital management, and audit readiness.

  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000–$200,000 per year (DOE)
