Everybody was great! Tracy was on top of everything and explained step-by-step the whole process. He kept us in the loop of every moment. If something was going to happen, we were informed and prepared to sign or verify documents. Very smooth loan process. If I ever do it again, I’m definitely going with them. A+ service!!!!
